Refund Policy

Session Cancellations

Clients may cancel a booked session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.

Coach Cancellations

If a coach cancels a confirmed session, the client will receive a full refund or session credit at their choice.

No-Shows

If a client does not attend a session without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued. If a coach does not attend, the client will receive a full refund.

Subscription Refunds

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

To request a refund, contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of the session date. Please include your booking reference number.
