Coach Listings

Coaches are independent contractors, not employees of CoachKW. CoachKW does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by coaches listed on the platform.

Payments

All payments are processed securely. CoachKW retains a platform fee on each transaction. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

The CoachKW platform, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by CoachKW and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

CoachKW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
